Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Line Cook for our evening shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and proven expertise in operating a wood-fired grill. As a Lead Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, as well as leading and mentoring our kitchen staff. Responsibilities: Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Operate and maintain a wood-fired grill with precision and expertise. Oversee and manage kitchen staff during evening shifts. Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and specials. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining establishment. Expertise in using a wood-fired grill. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
